Top Tips
How to prevent your bathroom and shower drains getting blocked:
- Hair is the enemy here! A shower cap will stop it falling into your shower tray and an inexpensive drain cover will keep it out of your pipework
- We all love scented body oil, but use it after you’ve towel dried to keep oil out of your bathroom drains
- Don’t use chemical drain cleaners, they can damage older fixtures and pipes, creating more problems in the future
