Annual Drain Flushing with High Pressure Jets
Our high-pressure jetting units have the power to disintegrate and flush out the biggest fat deposits as well as cut and clear tree roots. We can clean pipes up to 12 inches in diameter and reach deep into your outside drains, leaving your system clear and efficient. Many Second Element customers now invest in annual preventative flushing, preferring to prevent rather than react to blockages.
CCTV Drain Surveys for Detection and Prevention
CCTV remote control cameras travel along your drain system, allowing us to completely survey the network and show you the results. We will evaluate the cleaning or repair work needed with minimal disruption (visit our Drain Repair page for more on this). Our CCTV can identify cracks or tree root damage at a very early stage, when it’s a low-cost fix. It can also identify weaknesses where vermin like rats are entering your pipes.
Map your Drain and Sewer Network
For larger sites we can map out the full drain network, including flow directions and connections, giving you the knowledge to carry work in the future without risk to the drain system.
